We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible but please understand that personalised products need to be scheduled for printing or embroidery, therefore our standard turnaround time is up to 10 working days, in reality this can be anything from 2 to 10 working days depending on how busy we are.
Items ordered with a destination of Europe, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Eire, or on a UK Express Plus service will require a signature on delivery as they are delivered by courier, all other orders are handled by the Royal Mail and their counterparts at the order destination.
